ORTOMEC SERIES 7700 HARVESTER
Self-propelled, track type harvester with Herbex head
Powered by a 3-cylinder diesel motor, the self-propelled Series 7700
harvester is ideal for a single person harvester operation.
Specifically designed for easy maneuvering in compact areas like
greenhouses, the 7700 features the best ratio between harvester weight and
track surface area, making it especially well-suited for use in difficult
conditions like wet, open fields.
Standard tracks are fixed at 32-inch centers and run on top of the bed.
Lightweight construction and rubber tracks, allow the 7700 to run on top of
the bed with very minimal damage to the bed itself. Can also be ordered with
tracks that run in the furrow.
Series 7700 is suitable for open field or greenhouse use, and comes standard with stainless a steel head.
Series 7700 with Herbex head harvests root crops cut just under soil level (mache, bok choi, head lettuce, etc.).
